 I am a fully insured certified member in good standing of the above associations. I adhere to the guidelines set forth by the AMTA and NCBTMB which have the highest standards in ethics and professionalism and which include specific draping procedures for both client and practitioner comfort.

I have been in full time practice since 1997. I received my training at The Academy of Healing Arts in West Palm Beach Florida. My first 3 years of practice were in Palm Beach County, Florida where I quickly developed a repeat clientele of active adults. I am familiar with and have treated successfully, golf, tennis, equestrian and other sports injuries. Over the years, I have become a trained and certified Reflexologist, trained in Pre and Post- Natal Massage, taken all 4 levels of Cranio-Sacral Therapy with the highly respected Upledger Institute, and studied many other methods and styles of massage therapy and energy work.  I have seen more than 1000 different clients a year, which has given me invaluable expertise.

My special focus is on Therapeutic Pain Relief: I have strong hands, solid body mechanics, and specific knowledge which make my combination of deep tissue and Swedish styling into a VERY effective, efficient and satisfactory massage experience~~~both during and after the session.   In other words, Safe, Skillfully Pressure is no problem.
